This is an enhanced version of the first-generation Kia Sonet, so the changes in design are only evolutionary. The car is available in 8 solid exterior colors and 2 two-tone colors. In India, the 2024 Kia Sonet is offered in HTE, HTK, HTK+, HTX, HTX+, GTX+, GT Line, and GT X Line variants.
The exterior design changes primarily focus on the front of the car. The LED daytime running lights are larger and more noticeable. The LED headlights resemble those of the previous version. There is a new grille and a new front bumper. The halogen projector fog lights have been replaced with horizontal LED lights that are more aesthetically pleasing.
The rear taillights have also been redesigned to enhance the overall look of the new Sonet. Additionally, the rear bumper has undergone design refinements. The car is equipped with new 16-inch alloy wheels with two design styles.
Inside the cabin, the car features a new digital instrument cluster shared with the Seltos facelift. Furthermore, the driver’s seat is now electrically adjustable in 4 directions – a feature that makes its debut in the sub-4m SUV segment in India.
Notably, the 2024 Kia Sonet Facelift also comes equipped with traction control, a feature making its debut in this segment.

The engine options for the 2024 Kia Sonet Facelift remain the same as the previous version, with a 1.2L 4-cylinder petrol engine producing 82 horsepower/115 Nm, a 1.0L 3-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine producing 118 horsepower/172 Nm, and a 1.5L 4-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine producing 114 horsepower/250 Nm.
