Novitec has made changes to some of the exterior details of the Rolls-Royce Spectre to give the luxury car a new, more aggressive and sporty look.
Rolls-Royce Spectre is the first electric car in the 120-year history of the British luxury brand. Basically, the design of Rolls-Royce Spectre still retains the distinctive lines and details of the British brand. And to make this car more attractive, Novitec has refined some details on the Rolls-Royce Spectre instead of introducing a complete upgrade package as usual.
Accordingly, this famous tuning company has lowered the Planar air suspension system of the car by 25 mm while still ensuring the comfort for users and the sharp handling of this detail. The next change is the concave disc wheels with a brushed surface, named Spofec SP3, produced by Vossen with a size of up to 24 inches. The other details on the car remain almost unchanged.
The front of the car still stands out with a radiator grille designed in a waterfall shape with characteristic fins of the Rolls-Royce brand. In the dark, the radiator grille is gently illuminated thanks to 22 sandblasted LED lights on the heat sink fins at the rear. The gentle light from them reflects off the polished surfaces in the front, creating an exquisite three-dimensional effect at night.
On top of the radiator grille is the emblem “flying lady” that cannot be missing on Rolls-Royce’s cars. In the Spectre, the legendary Spirit of Ecstasy “emblem” is also adjusted to create a more sporty look for the Rolls-Royce.
The car has a two-level lighting system. The upper part is a thin LED strip for daytime running lights while the headlights are placed deep in the cavity below. In addition, the Rolls-Royce Spectre also has a large-sized center air scoop with horizontal fins on the front bumper.
The rear of the car features a quite new vertically designed LED taillight cluster, combined with silver details as accents.
In terms of interior, inside the cabin of the Spectre, there are many modern conveniences such as a 3-spoke steering wheel with integrated function buttons, a digital instrument cluster connected to the central touch screen, leather seats… The luxury car also adds a digital display for passengers, maintaining the inherent luxury feeling of Rolls-Royce cars, without giving the feeling that this is an electric car.
A remarkable highlight inside the cabin is the starry sky LED lighting system on the headliner, which is designed on the dashboard and door trim.
The “heart” of the Rolls-Royce Spectre is an electric motor with a maximum power of 430 kW (about 576 horsepower) and a maximum torque of 900 Nm. Thanks to that, the car can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. According to the CLTC test cycle in China, the car can travel 585 km after fully charged. Meanwhile, according to the EPA test cycle in the US, the Spectre has a range of 515 km.
The Rolls-Royce Spectre is also supported by fast charging technology to charge the battery from 10-80% in 34 minutes when using a 195 kW DC charger. If in a hurry, users can only spend 9 minutes to fully charge the car and have enough energy to travel 100 km.
