Ford Everest Platinum V6 launched in Thailand, priced at 1.58 billion VND

The 2024 Ford Everest Platinum has officially launched in the Thai market, featuring a powerful 3.0L V6 diesel engine, and comes with a price tag of 2,279,000 baht (approximately 1.58 billion Vietnamese dong).

The Ford Everest Platinum features a 3.0L V6 diesel engine, delivering a maximum power output of 250 horsepower at 3,250 rpm and a peak torque of 600 Nm at 1,750 – 2,250 rpm. It is equipped with a 10-speed SelectShift automatic transmission and a 4-wheel drive system.

The overall dimensions of the Ford Everest Platinum are 4,914 x 1,923 x 1,842 (mm), with a wheelbase of 2,900 mm.

Compared to the regular versions, the Ford Everest Platinum stands out with the “Platinum” logo on the front doors, hood, and rear trunk. It also features a V6 logo on the front mudguard air vent. The car is equipped with 21-inch alloy wheels, automatic matrix LED headlights, LED front fog lights, LED rear lights, power tailgate, and chrome exterior trim details.

Inside the cabin, the car is equipped with black leather seats with the Platinum logo, 10-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with position memory, 10-way power-adjustable passenger seat, second-row seats with ventilation and heating, third-row seats with power adjustment and power folding, wireless phone charging system, 12.4-inch digital instrument cluster, electronic parking brake, automatic air conditioning, and auto-dimming rearview mirror.

The car is also equipped with a 12-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, wireless Bluetooth connectivity, SYNC 4A voice command feature, 4 USB ports, and Bang & Olufsen surround sound system.

In terms of safety features, the Ford Everest Platinum V6 offers advanced safety technologies such as a 360-degree camera system, intelligent parking assist system, tire pressure monitoring system, lane-keeping assist system, evasive steering assist system, automatic reverse braking, rear cross-traffic alert, and more.

Prior to this, Ford Vietnam has confirmed the upcoming launch of the Platinum edition of the Everest. This top-of-the-line variant is expected to be priced around 1.7 billion VND and is likely to debut in March.
