The 2024 Lynk & Co 01: Upgraded Features and Enhanced Safety
According to sources, select dealerships in Vietnam are now taking pre-orders for the 2024 Lynk & Co 01. This upgraded version of the popular model will be available in two new variants: the Louder Pro and the Hyper Pro. While these two versions differ in their color schemes, they boast identical features and specifications.
The 2024 Lynk & Co 01 is expected to be priced at 1.1 billion VND, and customers can take delivery as early as July this year. In comparison, the current version of the Lynk & Co 01 available in Vietnam, the Hyper, is priced at 999 million VND. Interestingly, sales consultants have revealed that customers who pre-order the new 2024 model will be offered a discounted price of 999 million VND, matching the cost of the previous model. However, this offer is limited and only available to a select few.
The 2024 Lynk & Co 01 retains the design of its predecessor and is built on Geely’s Compact Modular Architecture (CMA) platform. Classified as a compact SUV, the Lynk & Co 01 measures 4,549 mm in length, 1,860 mm in width, and 1,689 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,734 mm and a ground clearance of 213 mm.
On the exterior, the new Lynk & Co 01 boasts several attractive additions, including front sensors, acoustic glass for the front seats, heated mirrors with memory and auto-folding functions, and adaptive headlights. These enhancements boost the vehicle’s appeal and competitiveness in the market.
Step inside the cabin, and you’ll find that the seats of the 2024 Lynk & Co 01 are upholstered in Genuine leather for the Louder Pro variant, while the Hyper Pro combines Genuine leather with Nubuck leather for a more luxurious look and feel. Additionally, this compact SUV now features LED ambient lighting, wireless charging, a 12-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory function, an 8-way power-adjustable passenger seat, a 10-speaker Harman Kardon Infinity sound system, and heated front seats, with the driver’s seat also offering a cooling function.
In terms of safety, the upgraded Lynk & Co 01 impresses with the addition of blind-spot monitoring, lane change assist, rear cross-traffic alert, and automatic parking assist. These new features complement the already impressive list of over 20 safety features carried over from the previous model, including electronic stability control (ESC) 9.3 by Bosch, highway driving assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, lane departure warning, and traffic jam assist, to name a few.
Under the hood, the 2024 Lynk & Co 01 is powered by a 2.0L turbocharged gasoline engine, delivering 218 horsepower and 325 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. Drivers can choose from three driving modes: Eco, Comfort, and Sport, allowing them to tailor their driving experience according to their preferences.
