Unveiling the 2025 Hyundai Alcazar – the seven-seater version of the Creta.
The new Alcazar’s exterior differs from the latest Creta, featuring unique elements such as the ‘H’-shaped LED daytime running lights. The front grille has been redesigned with a more angular shape, abandoning the previous chrome-accented mesh pattern. The headlights are now vertically positioned on either side of the grille, resembling those of the new Creta.
The Hyundai logo has been repositioned to the hood instead of the center of the grille, with a new LED daytime running light strip sitting just above it. Additionally, the 2025 Alcazar sports a new front bumper with a substantial silver insert, lending a sportier and more robust appearance to this B-segment SUV.

Moving to the sides, the 2025 Alcazar rides on 18-inch alloy wheels. At the rear, the SUV adopts new LED taillights with an inner ‘H’ design, mirroring the front lighting signature. A thin light bar connects the two taillights, stretching across the tailgate. The rear bumper also incorporates a silver insert similar to the front, enhancing the vehicle’s sporty character.

The 2025 Alcazar is offered in nine color options, including a new Robust Emerald Matte green shade. Unfortunately, Hyundai has not yet released detailed information or images of the interior. However, it is likely to receive similar updates as the Creta, such as a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and an equally sized touchscreen infotainment system.
Under the hood, the SUV will be available with two engine options. The first is a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine producing 160 horsepower. The second option is a 1.5-liter four-cylinder diesel engine generating 116 horsepower. These engines can be paired with a manual, a six-speed automatic, or a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The 2025 Hyundai Alcazar is set to launch in India on September 9th. While the pricing remains unknown, we do know that it will be offered in four trim levels: Executive, Prestige, Platinum, and Signature, with a choice of six or seven-seat configurations.
