A video circulated on social media yesterday, October 21, 2024, capturing a unique sight on the streets of Ho Chi Minh City – a Tesla Cybertruck electric pickup truck.

The video quickly gained attention due to the Tesla Cybertruck’s massive 2024 design and its eye-catching lucky license plate. It was also revealed that this was the first Tesla Cybertruck in Vietnam, imported from Laos.

In the US market, the 2024 Tesla Cybertruck is priced between $60,990 and $99,990 for its three versions. According to the plan, the AWD and Cyberbeast versions will be available first. The RWD model will only be released in 2025.

The highlight of this all-electric pickup is its stainless steel exterior, which Mr. Musk described as an “exoskeleton” that gives the Cybertruck superior torsional rigidity to supercars like the McLaren P1 and is even bullet-resistant.

Moreover, the Tesla Cybertruck is equipped with reinforced glass that offers better shatter resistance. Tesla claims that the glass can withstand the impact of a baseball traveling at 112 km/h without breaking. In addition to its futuristic, angular design, the Cybertruck boasts a spacious 1,828 mm long and 1,219 mm wide truck bed.

According to Mr. Musk, the truck bed does not require a liner, as is typical for conventional pickups. It also features a lockable storage space with a capacity of 1,897 liters. This Tesla newcomer is fitted with 35-inch all-terrain tires (approximately 890 mm) and an adaptive air suspension system, providing a maximum ground clearance of 442 mm.

The interior of this all-electric pickup features a minimalist design, including a 17.3-inch central touchscreen, a 9.4-inch rear-seat entertainment screen, and a panoramic glass roof. The top-of-the-line Cyberbeast model delivers a maximum output of 845 horsepower, accelerating from 0 to 96 km/h in just 2.6 seconds.

Its top speed reaches 209 km/h, while the range is slightly reduced to 515 km. With the additional battery option, similar to the AWD version, the Tesla Cybertruck Cyberbeast 2024 can travel up to 708 km on a single charge.
