Toyota has recently unveiled the new GR Corolla 8AT AWD in Southeast Asia.

The car is imported directly from Japan and is priced at 4.199.000 baht (approximately 3.1 billion VND).

The Toyota Corolla GR is developed by the Toyota Gazoo Racing team with the aim of competing directly with the Volkswagen Golf R and Honda Civic Type R.

It boasts impressive dimensions with a length of 4,408 mm, a width of 1,851 mm, and a height of 1,479 mm, along with a wheelbase of 2,640 mm.

The Toyota GR Corolla 2025 features a refined exterior, highlighted by a redesigned front bumper that gives it a sportier and more aggressive look. The grille has been widened, and larger air intakes improve cooling for the engine and brakes.

In addition to the front bumper, the GR Corolla 2025 also features optimized side skirts to reduce air resistance, while the rear spoiler has been redesigned to provide better downforce at high speeds. These improvements not only make the GR Corolla 2025 look more athletic but also significantly enhance its aerodynamics, contributing to its overall performance.

The new model introduces two new exterior color options: EMOTIONAL RED II and Black. However, these premium colors come at an additional cost of 250,000 Baht (roughly 184.8 million VND).

Inside, the Toyota Corolla GR 2025 offers a range of convenient features, including black suede and leather-trimmed seats and a wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto-compatible infotainment system.

Under the hood, the car is powered by a 1.6L turbocharged 3-cylinder engine that delivers 300 horsepower at 6,500 rpm and 400 Nm of torque between 3,000 and 5,500 rpm. The engine is paired with a new 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel-drive system.

The GR Corolla 2025 benefits from a refined suspension system, featuring Rebound Spring shocks at the front and rear, along with a Torsen LSD Limited Slip differential.
