Mercedes-Benz Vietnam (MBV) recently introduced a new feature, “reserve your favorite cars,” on its online store, marking a new milestone in enhancing the car-buying experience for its customers.
Additionally, MBV announced year-end promotions with attractive discounts on select models as the festive season approaches.
UPGRADING THE LUXURY CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE ONLINE
In 2021, MBV launched the Mercedes-Benz Online Showroom in Vietnam. This online platform enables customers to easily search for and choose their desired Mercedes-Benz model and authorized dealer. It also allows customers to check the availability of their favorite cars at different dealerships. After customers leave their information, the selected dealer will promptly contact them to provide consultation and invite them to test drive the car.
With this upgrade, MBV officially introduces a new feature on its online store: www.mercedes-benz.com.vn/shop, allowing customers to conveniently reserve their favorite cars with just a few clicks.
The process of this new feature:
Step 1: Search and Select. The online store provides a platform to search for current Mercedes-Benz models. When customers find their desired car at a suitable authorized dealer, they can choose to “Reserve the Car.”
Step 2: Reserve the Car. Customers need to provide their personal and payment information (credit card) to pay the Car Reservation Fee (currently 10 million VND) and then confirm their order. Before confirmation, customers are required to read and agree to the Online Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Policy.
Step 3: After a successful online reservation, customers will receive an email notification with order details, and the selected Mercedes-Benz dealer will promptly contact them to confirm the product’s availability and other information related to the sales contract. The subsequent steps will be handled between the customer and the MBV authorized dealer.
The Mercedes-Benz online store not only offers convenience but also establishes a strong connection between customers and the authorized dealer network. With support from dealers nationwide, every step of the car-buying journey is ensured to be transparent and seamless, from online selection to the actual test drive experience.

From December 3, 2024, to December 31, 2024, customers purchasing the following models from MBV’s authorized dealers will receive direct price support of up to 300 million VND (depending on the model), equivalent to a 50% discount on the registration fee.
Applicable models: S 450 4MATIC (2023), S 450 4MATIC Luxury (2023), Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 4MATIC (V1) (2022), and Mercedes-AMG A 35 4MATIC (V1) (2022).
These models are available in very limited quantities. The price support will be applied directly to the selling price and determined based on the local registration fee at the customer’s vehicle registration location.

PROGRAM 1 OR 2 YEARS INSURANCE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE DAMAGE
From December 4, 2024, to December 31, 2024, customers purchasing the new Mercedes-Benz GLC models (2023 production year) will receive a 1- or 2-year insurance package for motor vehicle damage (depending on the model) provided by Bao Viet General Insurance Corporation, worth up to nearly 60 million VND.
