Cadillac has recently introduced an extended, all-electric version of its luxury full-size SUV, the Escalade.
The Escalade IQL is 107 mm longer than the standard model. With an overall length of 5,803 mm, it is even longer than the internal combustion-powered Escalade ESV (5,766 mm), making it one of the longest commercial vehicles on the market.
However, the wheelbase remains unchanged at 3,460 mm, indicating that the additional length primarily benefits the third-row passengers. Those seated in the third row will enjoy a significant increase in legroom, from 820 mm to 932 mm. The cargo area has also been substantially expanded, offering a capacity of 3,546 liters with the rear seats folded, slightly more than the standard model’s 3,375 liters.
In addition to the extended length, the Cadillac Escalade IQL features narrower C and D pillars and larger windows, providing an improved view for rear passengers. The rear hatch has also been redesigned to be perpendicular to the ground, optimizing the space behind.
The Cadillac Escalade IQL continues to offer modern amenities such as a 55-inch dashboard-spanning screen, heated and ventilated front seats, heated second-row seats, a heated steering wheel, wireless phone charging, a five-zone independent climate control system, and LED interior ambient lighting.
For an even more luxurious experience, customers can opt for the Executive Second Row package, which includes two business-class seats with heating, ventilation, and massage functions, separated by a center console with a fold-down table, individual control panels, and two wireless charging pads. Rear passengers are also treated to two 12.6-inch entertainment screens.
The Cadillac Escalade IQL is powered by a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive system that delivers an impressive 750 horsepower and 1,063 Nm of torque. It is equipped with a massive 205 kWh battery pack, providing a range of up to 740 km on a single charge. The vehicle also supports rapid charging, allowing for a quick 10-minute charge to cover nearly 190 km.
The Cadillac Escalade IQL starts at a base price of $132,695 (approximately 3.38 billion VND).
