With this in mind, HVN introduces an extended warranty program, offering an additional two years of engine and transmission warranty, totaling up to five years of coverage for our valued customers.
Eligibility and duration of the two-year extended warranty program, applicable to one of the following scenarios:
For vehicles still within the standard warranty period during the program (3 years or under 100,000 km): The extended warranty will take effect after the standard warranty period ends. For vehicles that have exceeded the standard warranty period before the start of the program but meet the age requirement of being within five years old (standard warranty activation from April 1, 2021) and have a total mileage of less than 150,000 km: The extended warranty will commence on the day the customer brings the vehicle for periodic maintenance at authorized distributors. The condition for eligibility is that customers must adhere to the manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule (every 6 months/5,000 km, equivalent to 2 services per year).
