On April 21, 2025, VinFast announced the delivery of 400 VF 3 electric vehicles to dealers and customers in Indonesia, just two months after its market launch. This milestone not only underscores VinFast’s production capabilities and process optimization but also highlights the appeal of the VF 3 among Indonesian and regional consumers.
To commemorate this achievement, VinFast organized a simultaneous handover event for 100 VF 3 vehicles at the Motomobi News Karnaval auto show, held from April 19 to 20, 2025. At the heart of the exhibition, the standard VF 3 model was displayed alongside unique versions customized by customers. During the event, the organizers of Motomobi News Karnaval also recognized the most innovative VF 3 design.
The Motomobi News Karnaval auto show provided Indonesian consumers with a first-hand experience of the VF 3, along with a range of interactive programs and special offers.

Customers who received their vehicles praised the VF 3 for its distinctive design, excellent features, and robust engine performance within its price range, making it affordable for the majority of the population. The early adopters also benefited from attractive promotions, including a cash-back program and free charging at VinFast stations operated by V-GREEN until March 1, 2028.
Mr. Pham Sanh Chau, General Director of VinFast Asia, shared: “The VF 3’s presence on Indonesian roads just two months after its launch powerfully demonstrates VinFast’s implementation capabilities, commitment, and determination to offer Indonesian consumers green, smart, and affordable mobility solutions. The introduction of the VF 3 in Indonesia not only marks a significant step in VinFast’s journey to conquer the market but also inspires the creation of a sustainable future and awakens the creative spirit of Indonesia’s vibrant and dynamic youth.”
The VF 3 is designed with a balanced approach to meet the urban mobility needs of consumers, offering a range of 215 km on a single charge. In addition to the four standard exterior colors of black, white, red, and gray, the VinFast VF 3 also comes in four premium options: white roof with a yellow, green, blue, or pink body. Inside, this electric car features a 10-inch center touchscreen and a gear shift lever behind the steering wheel.
Priced at 230,130,000 IDR (on-road price in Jakarta), the VF 3 comes with a 7-year or 160,000-km warranty for the vehicle (whichever comes first) and an 8-year unlimited-km warranty for the battery. VinFast is currently offering a promotion for the first 1,000 pioneer customers, including a cash-back opportunity of up to 37,850,000 IDR and other benefits.
VinFast is actively expanding its dealer and service workshop network across Indonesia. Customers can explore, experience, and purchase VinFast electric vehicles at 21 dealer stores and 11 stores of its partner, Amarta, expected to be operational by 2025. Additionally, VinFast aims to establish 500 authorized service workshops in Indonesia this year.
In parallel, VinFast is building a comprehensive green ecosystem through strategic partnerships with companies like GSM, an all-electric taxi firm, and V-GREEN, a global charging station developer. VinFast car owners can currently enjoy free charging at stations operated by V-GREEN. The company targets to develop 30,000 VinFast charging ports in Indonesia by the end of 2025.
