‘American Muscle’ Ford Territory Gets a Major Price Cut: Could a Newer Model be Headed to Vietnam?

As reported by Tri Thức – Znews, Ford dealerships are offering cash discounts of up to 60-70 million VND on the 5-seater SUV Territory, bringing the price below 700 million VND.

A sales consultant at a Ford dealership in the North shared that this promotion applies to all 2024 VIN Territory models. Therefore, the available colors and versions may vary depending on each dealership’s stock.

Specifically, the Trend version has been reduced from 759 million to 689 million VND, while the Titanium version is priced at 779 million VND. The Sport version now costs 799 million VND, down from 869 million. Some dealerships are offering the top-of-the-line Titanium X version for 819 million VND.

In addition to the cash discount, customers who purchase the Teritory in April will also receive a complimentary accessory package, including window tinting, a dash cam, floor mats, and more, depending on the dealership’s program.

This is essentially a clearance sale by Ford for their 2024 VIN Territory SUV models. With this pricing, the Territory is currently the most competitively priced 5-seater crossover in its segment, compared to rivals such as the Hyundai Tucson, Mazda CX-5, and Honda CR-V.

Earlier this month, the CX-5 stirred up the competition in this segment with a reduced price of 714 million VND for the base model. The Hyundai Tucson has also received promotions at select dealerships, with prices now ranging from 760 to 909 million VND.

Last October, the mid-life cycle update of the Ford Territory was introduced in China, featuring design enhancements. Notably, the 2025 Territory in China also offers a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrain option.

There is a high possibility that this model will be launched in Vietnam later this year, adding further excitement to the 5-seater crossover segment.
