Global Charging Station Developer V-Green Signs MoU with Telkom Property, a Subsidiary of Multinational Telecom Giant Telkom Indonesia.

This agreement marks a strategic milestone for V-Green in its mission to build a comprehensive electric vehicle ecosystem in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.

Under the MoU, V-Green gains access to a vast network of parking spaces across Indonesia, spanning office buildings, vacant lots, and strategic commercial areas, particularly those managed by Telkom Property. These locations will be utilized for the development of electric vehicle charging stations, parking facilities, and infrastructure to support eco-friendly transportation.

As a key player within the multinational telecom group Telkom Indonesia, Telkom Property specializes in optimizing and expanding its real estate portfolio. With extensive experience and a broad property network, the company plays a pivotal role in meeting the demands of modern urban infrastructure in Indonesia.

In the MoU with V-Green, Telkom Property commits to proactively identifying and proposing potential sites, connecting V-Green with property owners or managers. Additionally, Telkom Property will directly lease areas under its management based on actual needs and mutual agreements.

The partnership between V-Green and Telkom Property lays a crucial foundation for expanding the charging station network, accelerating green infrastructure development, and driving the transition to electric vehicles in Indonesia. Together, both companies contribute to the nation’s goal of achieving a sustainable transportation future.

Ms. Amini Kusumawati, Business Director of Telkom Property, emphasized: “Telkom Property is thrilled to partner with V-Green, a company with a clear strategy and strong commitment to developing electric vehicle infrastructure in Indonesia. This collaboration not only enhances Telkom Property’s business efficiency but also advances the green transportation revolution, paving the way for a prosperous and sustainable future for Indonesians.”

Mr. Mai Trường Giang, CEO of V-Green Indonesia, stated: “Telkom Property’s reputation and resources will significantly support V-Green in accelerating the expansion of its charging network across Indonesia. Together, V-Green will contribute to perfecting the VinFast electric vehicle ecosystem, delivering exceptional value to consumers, and driving the global green transportation revolution.”

V-Green, founded by Vietnamese billionaire Phạm Nhật Vượng, aims to lead in green infrastructure and smart, flexible charging solutions. Indonesia is a strategic market for V-Green as it expands globally.

Phạm Nhật Vượng is also the founder of VinFast, an all-electric vehicle manufacturer operating in Indonesia. Currently, VinFast electric vehicle owners in Indonesia enjoy free charging at V-Green-operated stations.
