For car enthusiasts in Vietnam, McLaren’s supercars are iconic, embodying both speed and artistic design. Recently, S&S Group, the official distributor of this British supercar brand in Vietnam, introduced the McLaren 750S Spider Orange Coriolis, a unique variant crafted by McLaren Special Operations (MSO), the brand’s bespoke division.

The McLaren 750S Spider Orange Coriolis is now available for order in Vietnam, starting at 29.4 billion VND.

The standout feature is the MSO Orange Coriolis color scheme, which creates a striking contrast between McLaren’s signature orange and the dark Sandstone Black base coat. This design mimics the powerful vortex effect (Coriolis effect) that flows from the front of the car, along its body, and to the rear during acceleration.

The McLaren 750S was introduced to replace the 720S, which had reached the end of its production cycle.

According to MSO, this McLaren 750S Spider Orange Coriolis was handcrafted over 260 hours.

The orange accents highlight aerodynamic elements such as the front splitter, air intakes, side mirrors, rear diffuser, and wing.

Two shades of orange are used in this bespoke version: Sunburst Orange and Azores Orange.

The car is equipped with 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels.

The high-performance brake calipers are also finished in orange.

The orange paint features a gradient matte effect, giving the McLaren 750S Spider Orange Coriolis a dynamic, artistic appearance. This effect is particularly striking when viewed up close.

The dark Sandstone Black base coat complements the matte orange accents under certain lighting conditions.

The dual center-mounted exhaust system, positioned beneath the rear wing, delivers a powerful, commanding sound.

The interior is personalized with orange accents on the stitching, steering wheel, pedals, floor mats, and embossed headrests…

…paired with carbon fiber details such as the paddle shifters and instrument panel trim.

The extensive use of carbon fiber reduces the car’s dry weight to 1,326 kg.

The dashboard is upholstered in Alcantara suede.

The McLaren Special Operations logo is embossed on the side of the seats.

The infotainment screen is modestly sized, offering basic entertainment functions via Apple CarPlay connectivity.

The gear shift buttons are arranged in tiered layers on the center console.

The hardtop roof can be electrically opened or closed in 11 seconds while driving at speeds under 50 km/h.

The McLaren 750S Spider Orange Coriolis features racing seats made from carbon fiber with an innovative two-layer structure, reducing weight by 33% compared to standard seats. Each seat shell weighs just 3.35 kg.

Under the hood is a front trunk with an estimated capacity to hold two large 50-liter bags.

The rear-mounted 4.0L twin-turbocharged V8 engine delivers a maximum output of 740 horsepower and 590 Nm of torque, enabling a 0-100 km/h sprint in 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 332 km/h.

Bringing this bespoke version of the McLaren 750S Spider to Vietnam is a strategic move by the distributor, catering to the growing demand among Vietnam’s elite for unique, exclusive experiences. Compared to the standard hardtop Spider model, this bespoke variant is priced nearly 8 billion VND higher.
