**Today,** a series of images depicting a horrific car accident have begun circulating on social media. The accident occurred at approximately 2PM on April 30, 2024, in the Ban De Pua district of Phin Ho, Nam Po, Dien Bien Province.

Initial reports indicate that the accident involved a 7-seater Suzuki XL7, driven by Mr. D.V.D. (born in 1987 and residing in Thai Nguyen province). At the time of the accident, the vehicle was occupied by Mr. D’s wife and three children.
As the car approached Km5+400 in the Ban De Pua area, Mr. D fell asleep at the wheel, causing the vehicle to swerve to the left. The Suzuki XL7 consequently careened off the road and plummeted approximately 70 meters into a ravine.
Miraculously, all occupants of the vehicle survived the accident with only minor injuries. Mr. D’s wife and three children sustained superficial wounds, while his son, D.H.A. (born in 2014), suffered a head injury and was transported to Dien Bien Provincial General Hospital.
The Suzuki XL7 involved in the accident, bearing a license plate from Thai Nguyen province, was severely damaged and barely recognizable. The front, sides, roof, and rear of the vehicle were all severely dented and deformed. Notably, the airbags in the car did not deploy.
