On April 18, 2024, Mazda unveiled its all-new three-row SUV, the CX-80, in Europe. It is one of four models in Mazda’s Large Product lineup, along with the CX-60, CX-70, and CX-90.

Similar to the CX-60, the 2025 Mazda CX-80 is primarily intended for the European, Asian, and Oceanian markets. The Mazda CX-70 and CX-90, on the other hand, will cater to North America.

Unsurprisingly, the 2025 Mazda CX-80 shares its exterior design with its sibling, the CX-60. The CX-80 is essentially a stretched version of the Mazda CX-60.

The design similarities between the 2025 Mazda CX-80 and the CX-60 are evident in the front fascia. Here, the Mazda newcomer also features a wide grille…

Additional design elements include a narrow central air intake on the front bumper and glossy black air vents at the two corners of the front end.

On the sides, the 2025 Mazda CX-80 boasts longer rear doors compared to the CX-60. The model’s window glass is accentuated by thicker chrome trim at the D-pillar…

…while the alloy wheels measure 20 inches in diameter.

Similar to the front end, the rear of the 2025 Mazda CX-80 also evokes the CX-60, particularly in the taillights.

However, the tailgate features a unique design and appears more upright. Additionally, the tailgate incorporates a convenient hands-free opening sensor.

As expected, the 2025 Mazda CX-80 is significantly larger than the CX-60. It measures 5,000 mm in length and has a 3,000 mm wheelbase. The corresponding figures for the Mazda CX-60 are 4,745 mm and 2,870 mm. However, compared to the Mazda CX-70 and CX-90 duo for North America, the CX-80 is still smaller.

Inside, the 2025 Mazda CX-80 features a three-row seating configuration with two seating arrangements: six-seater and seven-seater.

In the six-seater configuration, the vehicle will be equipped with two captain’s chairs in the middle row. The rearmost row of seats can be folded flat into the floor to enhance cargo capacity.

The dashboard of the 2025 Mazda CX-80 is designed similarly to the CX-60, featuring premium materials…
